Timeless Present offers international shipping. All international shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days) or First Class Mail (under 4lbs. transit times varies on destination), unless otherwise requested different shipping method by our Dealer. Please allow for approximately 7-45 business days to receive all standard international orders. Per our policy all tracking information and charges will be sent via an emailed invoice upon shipping the package. Please note any and all charges from customs are the responsibility of the Client/Dealer.
Processing
Your order will be shipped out the next business day after it is placed, although normal processing time is approximately 13 business days. Standard shipping times after order is processed is 2-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times. Timeless Present does not process orders on weekends or holidays. Processing and shipping is Monday through Friday, we do not ship and/or process orders over the weekend.
Timeless Present stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to help! We offer exchanges or store credit on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
- Return is initiated by the customer within 14 days of delivery date.
- The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging.
- The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization
